Born 1989. Kristian graduated from the independent film school, Super16 in 2016 as a director. Additionally he holds a BA in History with electives in Philosophy and Literature and he has spent a semester in Paris.

 

Songs in the Sun is his feature debut, which premiered at Slamdance and won at Amsterdam IFF. He has written and directed five short films, among others ‘Emmafilmemma’ won at Castellinaria and ’Sombra’ received a Special Mention at Premiers Plans Festival d'Angers.

 

He has participated in the workshop Jump In, at Poitiers Film Festival and TorinoFilmLabs Script Development Extended to develop his next feature film. In 2018 he attended NISI MASA’s European Short Pitch with his next short film.
